PURCHASE ORDERS
We accept purchase orders and Net 30 Payment Terms for government entities, educational institutes, and hospitals. Please call us at 866-563-6812 or email at csteam@medicaleshop.com for approval. W9 form can be requested via email - csteam@medicaleshop.com
Payment By Cards (Credit/Debit)
We accept the following Credit/Debit Cards- MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Medicaleshop can do a verification call or email to the card owner to verify the purchase to avoid fraudulent orders. We do not deal with any insurance-related purchases. International purchases with credit cards will be accepted only after the submission of ID proof. Also, a 3% credit card fee is charged on international credit cards. Credit Cards will charge in full at the time of purchase.
PAYPAL
Customers can choose to pay with Paypal. We have given the option of checkout with Paypal at the shopping cart. Please select the right option for the payment.
WIRE TRANSFER
To pay with a wire transfer, please call us at (866) 563-6812 to place the order, and we will send you the account details for the transfer.
