Preparation

Follow all preparation steps carefully for safe use. Maintaining hygiene, proper handling, and correct storage are essential when preparing powdered nutrition. Consult your healthcare provider regarding the need for sterilizing bottles, nipples, and rings, and whether to use cooled, boiled water for mixing.

• Wash hands, utensils, and preparation surfaces thoroughly.
• Pour the prescribed amount of water into a clean container.
• Add the recommended amount of Pro-Phree powder (and other ingredients, if advised).
• Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds; if using a blender, mix for no longer than 5 seconds.
• Transfer the mixture into clean feeding bottles or containers and secure the caps tightly.
• Once feeding starts, use within 1 hour or discard any remaining mixture.

Precautions

• Not for intravenous (IV) use.
• Not to be used as a sole source of nutrition.
• Never use a microwave to warm the formula.
• Do not boil or terminally sterilize the prepared mixture.
