Rabbit Up enables the child to be an active participant at eye level, whilst stimulating senses and provide the child with more independence. Rabbit Up can be used at home, in institutions or at school. Participation is important for development and by using the Rabbit Up the child can be at eye level with peers, encouraging further participation. R82 Rabbit Up Standing Frame comes in four sizes and is suitable for children between the age of 1 to 18 years. Not all children are alike - that is why it is important to use the measuring guide to find the correct size for your child. Rabbit Up is not just a standing frame. Etac (R82) provides a Two (2) years warranty on all products against defects in workmanship and materials as per the schedule below.

  • Five (5) years warranty: on metal frame work
  • One (1) year warranty: on, in case of product containing batteries
  • Manufacturer will not warrant parts damaged by improper installation and/or repair on the part of the individual owner, or normal wear and tear.
  • Manufacturer does not warrant parts damaged by neglect, accident or misuse, nor parts altered or serviced by an agency not authorized by R82 Inc.
  • The warranty does not extend to consumable items e.g. tires or upholstery, which are subject to normal wear and tear and need periodic replacement.

Return policy

We understand that returns may sometimes be necessary, and we strive to make the process as smooth as possible. Please review the return guidelines below:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment. After this period, returns cannot be processed.
  • A 40% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • All returns must have a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
  • Items must be new, unused, untampered, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If a return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the original shipping cost and payment processing fees (credit card/PayPal) will be deducted from the refund.
