Selan+ Zinc Oxide Barrier Cream treats and prevents diaper rash, moisture-induced rashes, stage one pressure ulcers, amputee tissue trauma, and itchiness associated with end-stage renal disease.

Indications:

Selan+ Zinc Oxide Barrier Cream is used to treat and prevent diaper rash and other rashes caused by moisture, stage 1 pressure injuries, amputee tissue trauma, and the itch associated with end-stage renal disease.

Active ingredients:

• Dimethicone 2.1%
• Zinc oxide 2%

Inactive ingredients:

Purified Water USP, Cetyl Alcohol, Sorbitcl USP. Glycerol Monostearate, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Lanolin USP, Methylparaben, Fragrance, Quaternium-15, Propylparaben.

Uses:

• Helps treat and prevent diaper rash Protects chafed skin or minor skin irritation due to diaper rash and helps seal out wetness

Warnings:

• For external use only
• Keep out of reach of children.
• If swallowed, get modical help or contact a Pcison Control Center right away.

When using this product: Avoid contact with the eyes

Stop use and ask a doctor if: Condition worsens or does not improve within 7 days

Directions:

1. Apply cream liberally as often as necessary
2. Change wet and soiled diapers promptly
3. Cleanse the diaper area, and allow to dry
4. Apply cream with each diaper change, especially at bedtime or anytime when exposure to wet diapers may be prolonged
