Similac NeoSure Infant formula is a 22 Cal/fl oz formula and has enriched nutrition for babies who were born prematurely. Designed to be used as a preterm post-discharge formula. Use under medical supervision.

Instructions for Use:
Your baby's health depends on carefully following these directions. Proper hygiene, handling and storage are important when preparing infant formula. Failure to follow these directions could result in severe harm. Consult your baby's doctor about the formula appropriate for your baby; the need to use cooled, boiled water for mixing powder; and the need to boil (sterilize) utensils, bottles, nipples and rings before use. It is important to consult your baby's doctor before changing formula.
- Wash your hands, surfaces and utensils. Pour water into clean bottle (see mixing guide).
- Add 1 unpacked level scoop (9.6 g) to each 2 fl oz of water. Return dry scoop to can.
- Cap bottle; shake well; attach clean nipple.
- Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard.

When mixed as directed:
- 13.1 oz container makes approximately 87 fl oz of formula.
- 22.8 oz container makes approximately 151 fl oz of formula.
STORAGE
- Once mixed, store bottles immediately in the refrigerator; feed to baby within 24 hours.
- Store unopened or opened container at room temperature; avoid extreme temperatures.
- Use opened can contents within 1 month.
