Directions for Use:

• Active Ingredients: Polyethylene Glycol 400 0.4% (Lubricant), Propylene Glycol 0.3% (Lubricant)
• Inactive Ingredients: Aminomethylpropanol, Boric Acid, Hydroxypropyl Guar, POLYQUAD® (Polyquaternium-1) 0.001% (Preservative), Potassium Chloride, Purified Water, Sodium Chloride, Sorbitol. May contain hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide to adjust pH.

Safety:

• Do not use if the product changes color, becomes cloudy, or if you are sensitive to any ingredient.
• Avoid touching the tip of the container to any surface to prevent contamination. Replace the cap after each use.
• Stop use and consult a doctor if you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation, or if the condition worsens or persists beyond 72 hours.
• Keep out of reach of children. In case of ingestion, seek medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.
• Store at room temperature.
