Vitále Silicone Composite Dressings are absorbent, have a non-traumatic silicone border, and provide an ideal cover for wounds of many types. They are soft and flexible dressings that are very comfortable on fragile skin, and have a long wear time. These dressings are indicated as a secondary dressing to cover primary treatments & dressings, or as a primary dressing on minor wounds, skin tears, etc. They assist in protecting the wound and preventing bacterial contamination or maceration.

Vitale Silicone Composite Dressings have an absorbent non-adherent pad in the center, held firmly in place by the silicone, uniquely formed in an oval shape open to the passage of fluids into the pad. The silicone adhesive allows easy & safe removal of the dressing at change time, without trauma to the patient. The soft and strong backing is made from flexible polyurethane that provides a waterproof barrier. This breathable film allows gases, including water vapor, to escape the dressing.

Vitale Silicone Composite Dressings are available in a selection of convenient sizes. They are sterilized by ethylene oxide and must not be resterilized.

How To Apply

1. First remove the center backing film (or one side for the two smaller sizes).
2. Place center of dressing over area and adhere one side.
3. Remove remainder of backing and adhere.

Storage: Vitále Silicone Composite Dressings should be stored in a cool & dry area. The products are sterile unless the package is opened or damaged.
