Safe-t Mate Pressure Sensitive Floor Mat and Alarm

Safe-t Mate Pressure Sensitive Floor Mat can be placed near bed, chair or doorway to alert staff of wandering residents. It includes an alarm box that features LED indicator, 9 volt battery, low battery warning, tamper resistant switch, 95 db pulsing horn, adjustable mounting strap and soft silicone protective jacket. Pressure sensitive floor mat features 8 foot long cord that attaches to alarm box to allow flexible placement. The 24" x 36" cushioned floor mat sounds alarm when pressure is applied.

• Manufacturer warrants this product to be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 1 Year to the original consumer/purchaser from the date of purchase.
• The manufacturer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages or delay, including damages for loss of income or loss of use.
• Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost.
• Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.

• The manufacturer will accept returns for One year from the date of purchase if the product is unopened and not tampered with the original packaging.
• All returns must have an RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization) unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• The products must be in a new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging, and returned at the customer's expense in original packaging.
• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost and credit card/PayPal processing fee will be deducted from the total refund.
